Recipe for........

Hi All,

So I thought this week I would share with you my favorite recipe for........ pizza!   I thought you could use a break from my dental 'carats' and enjoy a food 'carat'!  I am a big fan of pizza, and have tried many dough recipes for both the bread maker and by hand, but this is by far my favorite, and it is super quick and easy too!  I love to make it on my pizza stone, but if you don't have one a pan is good too.  You can use whatever toppings/sauce you like but I like to make my own sauce and use Trader Joe's applewood smoked mozzarella, yummm!  When I was out to dinner this weekend I saw the chef painting olive oil on the dough with a brush before he placed the toppings and cooked the pizza, I want to try that next!

Enjoy!
